Leola M. Crawford, 89, formerly of Doylestown died Thursday, August 6, 2009. She was born in Zanesville and had been an area resident most of her life. Leola retired from Goodyear Aerospace after 20 years of service and was a member of Canal Fulton United Methodist Church. She enjoyed golfing and was a simple lady who enjoyed doing things for her husband and family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, George S.; brother, George Graves; grandchildren, Tommy and Kristiann. She is survived by children, Mary (Tom) Scott, George (Karen) Crawford, Jr., Anna (Wallace) Brugh, Billie (Dan) McClaskey, Harry (Mary) Crawford; 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service MONDAY 10 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Dale Gharky officiating and where friends may call SUNDAY 2 to 4 p.m. Burial at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens, Jackson Twp.
