Fredrick B. Barnhart, age 45, of Massillon, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Akron City Hospital. He was born on June 16, 1964 in Marietta and is son of the late Terry L. Barnhart and Jean (Patterson) Rambo. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a printer who formerly worked with Austin Printing Co. Fred was a member of Massillon Moose # 481 and Sons of Herman Schiller Lodge. He enjoyed the outdoors, and fishing, hunting, camping and four-wheeling. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife of 20 years, Mary (Goff) Barnhart; daughter Jessica Barnhart both of Massillon; step-daughter Cindy Kellow of Dallas, Texas; brother Jonathan Barnhart of Akron; sister Kari Barnhart of New Philadelphia; six step-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepson Raymond Michael Baker Jr., and step-grandson Patrick Kellow. Arrangements are being handled by Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel where visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 2, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
