Dorothy P. Ryan 87 of Massillon passed away, Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010 at the Rose Lane Health Center. Dorothy was born April 29, 1922 to the late Charles and Kalela (Braucher) Mills in Franklin Township. She was preceded in death by her husband, David V. Ryan. She was a life resident of Massillon and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and a faithful member of the First Christian Church of Massillon. In addition to her husband, David, she was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Howard R. Mills, Lowell R. Mills, Ralph G. Mills; and grandson, Shanahan Ryan. She is survived by sons, Jerry L. Ryan of Massillon, Charles V. Ryan of Canton; daughters-in-law, Cynthia A. Ryan and Vicki L. Ryan; grandchildren, Michael Ryan of Bethesda, Md., Timothy Ryan of North Lawrence, Patrick Ryan of Dalton, Shaw Ryan of Massillon, Kelli Ryan Cozzoli of Canton, Macgranahan Ryan of Canton. In addition, Granny Dot had 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service SATURDAY 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry Street, (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Pastor Timothy Brown officiating and where friends may call FRIDAY 6-8 p.m. Burial Manchester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made in her memory to the First Christian Church, 1020 Wales Rd. NE, Massillon, OH 44646
